10TH MAY 2012, performance for the Thai Tims Charity. The Concert will feature several popular performers and Celtic bands including The Malleys, Johnny Mac and the Faithful and a special performance from fans’ favourite, John Innes – The ‘People’s Tenor’.

28 FEB 2012 – Completion of documentary Can You Succeed In The Music Industry Without Simon Cowell? Documentary chronicles John's journey from street singing to performing in the nation's most prestigious concert halls and sport stadiums. Featuring contributions from leading music industry figures, the film offers poignant perspective on the controversy over the TV talent show culture today. This 57min film for television is currently being submitted to UK networks for broadcast.

12 JAN 11 - John donates £6,100 to Help For Heroes from the proceeds of his 2010 concerts.

15 OCT 10 – Edinburgh Woolen Mill stocks John Innes merchandise. John is proud to announce that his merchandise will be available in a growing number of Edinburgh Woolen Mills in 2011. To launch his stock at each store John will be staging free charity street performances outside EWMs throughout the country.

10 OCT 10 – John records original song by Classic FM presenter John Brunning. When Poppies Fall was recorded with The Band of The Parachute Regiment and will appear on the Band's new CD - When Poppies Fall: A Service of Remembrance for release Nov. 7th.

14 JUL 10 – Completion of film concert DVD - John Innes Live at The Glasgow Royal Concert Hall. This 60min film captures all the excitement of John's triumphant return to the The Glasgow Royal Concert Hall in Oct. 2009. The concert features The Band of The Royal Regiment of Scotland, The Scottish Festival Orchestra and a host of guest performers including John's brother, Big Band singer Moray Innes. The DVD will be twin-packed with a bonus CD of the concert and available for sale shortly.

9 APR 10 – 2011 Concert Tour dates with military bands announced. John will perform a series of concerts accompanied by various military bands including The Band of The Parachute Regiment, The Band of The Army Air Corps and The Royal Signals Northern Band.

13 NOV 09 - £1,300 raised for Help For Heroes on Armistice Day. John performed in the Market Square in Northampton on 11th November as part of the town's Remembrance Day event. Many thanks to the Army volunteers who helped with the collection buckets!

27 OCT 09 – John presents a cheque for £7,300 to the Mark Wright Army Recovery Centre bringing the total to £8,000 raised for the charity through CD sales, collections and the concert on 2nd Oct. 2009. John also undertook a tour of the rehabilitation facility.

12 OCT 09 – 'Here's to the Heroes' Charity CD released. Recorded with The Band of The Royal Regiment of Scotland, all proceeds from the CD sales will go to Army charities.

2 OCT 09 – Sell out concert at The Glasgow Royal Concert Hall ends with standing ovation.
